This morning the boys and girls in P5 carried out some mathematical investigations during their maths trail. They used a variety of instruments to find the perimeter and the circumference of objects outdoors in the school grounds and identified shapes and angles in their playground. They also investigated lines of symmetry and odd and even numbers in the carpark!
